Yeah, bread can have high Glycaemic index so I must be careful too, especially now that I can’t run so much due to m knee. I try to put as much other good stuff like rye flour, seeds, and other bits but it’s always tempting to make some naughty bread with ingredients like chocolate…

I was checking on my food book and it described black sesame as having some bitter taste. Though I never thought black sesame as bitter. Putting into a bread made it so special and this one was a hit in my household!
