New C&C pattern for brand new Manos Silk Blend 4ply is out on Ravelry. It’s called Simple Tee.

The one above is worked in variegated orange (I forgot to take a pic of this yarn). The colour doesn’t do justice in this picture. If you go to the main page on this project, you will see nicer picture of this top. This top is worked top down using circular needles. The upper body is worked in garter stitch and the rest are worked in stocking stitch. I wanted to make sure that the garment looks nice with variegated yarns so I made everything quite clean and simple. The hems features a stocking stitch turned ridge using 1 round of purl.

So I thought September’s Knitting picture should feature their beautiful Manos Silk Blend Fino yarns which I took at home. Really lovely yarn. Good length per skein. It would be wonderful in lace project too.
