How Shipping is Calculated
Until 11/09/2010, all orders will be posted from Japan. For UK and EU customers, shipping duration will be longer (approx. 5 working days) and the shipping costs are adjusted (same as the rest of the world). Thank you for your understanding. If you prefer lower shipping rate, please contact me when you place your order. Your package will be posted after 12/09/2010 and I will refund the difference. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the cumulative weight of your individual items .
This means that it is FREE for downloadable patterns.
Please note that the figure only apply to retail customers. Shipping is individually calculated for wholesale customers.

For international orders, if the weight of your goods exceeds over 2kg, they will be separated into multiple packages. We will write on the package “1 of X” items so that you know how many you are expecting.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your goods as soon as we can within 2 working days of your order provided everything is in stock.
Where an item is out of stock the rest of your order will be sent first. You will then be contacted about the back order. Of course, you don’t have to pay any extra postage for items sent separately. All back-ordered items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and in the case of international orders, Small Packet Airmail.

You can choose your item to be shipped by either:

- 1st class Recorded Signed For (your signature will be required upon receipt)
International Delivery Address
You can choose your item to be shipped by either:
- Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail
- 1st class Recorded Signed For (your signature will be required upon receipt)
Please note that we are unable to track any packages sent with ordinary 1st Class or Small Packet Airmail. Any refund or re-sending of the item can only be processed after a successful application with Royal Mail. For this reason we strongly recommend you to select either Recorded Signed For or International Signed For for your peace of mind.
For packages sent using UK and International Recorded Signed For, your signature will be required upon receipt. Royal Mail does not accept your packages to be left in the porch or at your neighbours.

Delivery Address
Your items are delivered to the address you give us at the time you make the order.
When you create an account with us please make sure that the delivery address of your first purchase and the invoice address are the same as that of the payment card you intend to use. This safeguards the security of your information and deters the fraudulent use of payment cards. When you make subsequent purchases, you may specify an alternative delivery address.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion.
