Jamieson’s of Shetland Marl (Chunky weight; 100% pure Shetland wool; 120m [131yds] per 100g ball)
9 (9, 10, 11, 11) x 100g balls in Chiantili (200)
15 sts and 20 rows to 10 cm over stockinette stitch using 6mm needles.
For the yoke, body and edges use the following needles:
1 set of 6mm (UK 4/US 10) circular (cir) needles (100cm length)
1 set of 5.5mm (UK 5/US 9) cir needles (at least 120cm length for working the garter edging)
For sleeves, use the following needles. If you can work the magic-loop method with circular needles for sleeves, you don’t need DPNs:
1 set of 6mm (UK 4/US 10) double-pointed needles (DPNs)
1 set of 5.5mm (UK 5/US 9) DPNs
Waste yarn to hold sleeve & hood stitches
3 x toggle buttons
4 x markers
