We understand your desire to get the best colors for your project. We are happy to help by sending additional photos with known items for color comparison as we understand sometimes a monitor does not always show colors accurately. This can be adjusted following your monitor's manufacturer's instructions for your model.

** Cutoff dates are estimates from various shippers of when a package sent by the cutoff date should arrive before December 25th.

There are no guaranteed delivery dates currently due to the pandemic and traditional shipping times.***

Shipping date cut off time will be noon EST so we can ensure your package arrives to the shipper prior to their cutoff times.

In an attempt to accommodate more customers we offer USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping. We do not guarantee the date of delivery as currently the USPS is backed up in package delivery. Etsy offers shipping Estimates based upon typical transit times as supplied by various shipping companies. Please allow extra time for shipping this year as these times are unprecedented.

Please allow 15 weeks in some cases for items to be processed through your country's customs agency. We understand this is a long time but currently USPS international shipping is using Cargo ships to get to other countries instead of international flights we are accustomed to being used.

International Orders are processed through the end Country's Customs at which time they determine any Import or duties placed upon your item in order for the item to be delivered. The Buyer is responsible for all Import, Customs, VAT and Duties associated with their purchase. All items are shipped with appropriate customs forms properly filled out. Additionally any delay caused by Customs or Import duties are not due to the Seller.

We will still pack and ship orders are they arrive provided your carrier of choice (United State Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx) are still open to receive your package. States are slowly enacting Shelter in Place restrictions on their residents and provided the shipping carriers are still in operation your items will get to you as quickly as possible. Should a shipping restriction occur we will email regarding the status of your order and offer solutions that are available to us.

While we pack your order in order ensure the highest level of safety we are packaging with gloves and masks.

1. To check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident.
2. To check with family members – it is not unheard of that someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight
3. To ask the delivery postal worker where he/she left the package.
4. Call their local post office to see if it sitting there.
5. What I will do when notified is call the post office and receive the geo coordinates of the delivery. The package is considered delivered by both the post office and Etsy when the package has arrived at the secure location that the customer has provided.
6. All packages have insurance in case of loss or damage while in transport.

Should an item arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials. Photograph both the item over all with it's packaging and up close of the damaged area. Do not send item back without prior communication the post office will not cover any damages under the insurance should you send it back. Etsy also considers an unauthorized return as a forced return and is against Etsy Terms of Use.

Etsy requires sellers to ship to the address provided at check out. Please verify your address when placing your order as once your order is in the hands of USPS I am unable to do anything.

I cannot manually enter a different address the address must be updated when checking out. You will be asked your Shipping address just choose edit and enter in your new address.
