Ok I love the way these looked when I purchased the pattern and I still do after completing them, that being said I am so grateful the creator added the video pattern to. If it was just the pattern I found the way it was written a little difficult to understand but after watching the video and making both booties the pattern was a little easier to understand. I also opted out of the plastic insert but did double the sole and I felt for a newborn it’s is more than sturdy enough with out the plastic insert. Over all I would recommend this pattern not for a beginner though unless you are good at following along with the videos she provides.
