PDF file of Defiti Shawl Crochet Pattern designed by Jacek Mrożewicz. The Defiti Shawl is the result of the fight between four elements from my last collection. Motifs and colors were mixed up, and from this chaos Defiti was born. This pattern has been designed for my CAL "Elements' Fight".
The pattern has been written in US terminology and contains chart, check points for selected rows (almost each row), description of used stitches and some additional information that might be useful when crocheting. This Shawl consists of 6 parts. Selected parts can be repeated if you want to make your shawl bigger.
This is not a written instruction. Only chart.
The pattern is appropriate for an intermediate level crocheter. It is not difficult but may be confusing to a beginner
Pattern is in Polish and English language.
I crocheted shawl shown on the photos by using :
1. colourfull version - khaki, navy, red, brown, peach: 1250 m. of yarn (with color-ombre effect), cotton/acrylic ,4 ply and 3.5 mm crochet hook. The finished size of the shawl is : ca.200/85 cm.
1. Autumn version - orange, grey - 1400 m. of yarn (with color-ombre effect), merino wool/acrylic , 4 ply and 4.0 mm crochet hook. The finished size of the shawl is : ca.200/85 cm.
Remember that size of your shawl will depend on the type and amount of yarn , crochet hook size and the way you crochet the stitches
