Adorable miniature crocheted Highland Cow ('Hairy Coo!') pattern. This is an 11-page pdf download pattern with full instructions and lots of photographs to enable you to crochet this adorable tiny highland cow.

NB: Pattern amendment: Page 8 - Body. Rows 10 and 11 should read Rows 13 and 14.

The finished item is approx 6-7cm tall. The size will vary depending on the type of wool and hook size you choose to use. I have done this size with 4ply wool and a 2.25mm hook.

Crocheted using basic crochet stitches and terms (magic ring, single crochet, chain, increase, invisible decrease), so suitable for Amigurumi beginner/intermediate level crocheters. As it is so small, it is a little bit fiddly, but there are plenty of photos to help you create this little hairy coo!

Great directions! I’m a beginner (more experienced with knitting), and it took me a bit to get the hang of the instructions - more than I was lead to believe in the other reviews, especially when it comes to the pictures clearly explaining. But overall, I’m pleased. They’re so cute! Also, by happy accident, I discovered you can make eyelashes on the eyes by leaving the string long after the knot and letting them peak out from behind the stitch.
