This beautiful crochet blanket kit is made using our beautiful soft lambswool. This gorgeous fun blanket kit is very easy to make.

The blanket is easy and relaxing to make, the whole blanket is made by crocheting in rows of treble stitch. Very easy and suitable for beginners and for experienced crocheters. The pattern includes lots of pictures and is easy to follow.

The finished blanket is very luxurious and soft (after washing ;-) and something to be very proud of. The finished blanket makes a wonderful thoughtful handmade gift.

The blanket is perfect to brighten up a bedroom or to keep you warm in the lounge. The bright colours mixed with the modern grey background and pom poms make this blanket modern and fun.

With enough yarn to make all the pom poms you need and a template to make your pom poms.

This kit is available in 3 different sizes, the standard size, the large size and the extra large size.

Standard Size measures approximately 80cm x 70 and includes 12 balls of lambswool, crochet hook and easy to follow pattern all in a luxury box.

Large Size measures approximately 140cm x 80cm and includes 17 balls of lambswool, crochet hook and easy to follow pattern all a luxury box.

Extra Large Size measures approximately 175cm x 120cm and includes 27 balls of lambswool, crochet hook and easy to follow pattern all in 2 luxury gift boxes.

The blanket is made with 4 Ply and a 3mm crochet hook.

Disappointed that I received a darker grey than shown in the pictures with no explanation. Worked up nicely and was correct width but nowhere near right length (large size) Had to repeat the whole pattern again, 3 in all, to make it close to the measurements. There was enough yarn fortunately. Nice and soft when washed.

The quality of the yarn is lovely, and it does indeed fluff up nicely when you wash the blanket after you've made it, and removed the oils. It's fun with the pom-poms down the sides, and it was very easy to make. It came beautifully packaged and presented so you could easily give it as a gift to someone. My only disappointment was the the grey isn't as light as it appears in the photograph (I should have remembered that colour is difficult to reproduce in a photo,) so having made it I won't be giving it to my granddaughter as originally planned as it's too dull, even with the stripes of colour, for a little girl I think. I had thought about making it again in different colours but unfortunately the coloured wool only comes in 50g balls so most of it would be wasted as I can't crotchet a lot nowadays due to wrist issues.
