I use many different types of yarn. I try to stick with yarn that is available in stores or online. I don’t use discontinued yarns, however, if a year has passed since I published a pattern, then the yarn could possibly be discontinued. I love using cotton, however, for many of the baby bootie patterns I do use acrylic because it keeps better form.

This was a really easy pattern to make it only took me about two and a half hours I don't know if I'm doing the stitch wrong but mine did not come out nearly as bumpy looking as the pictures did but I did notice the first yarn that she used in the yellows and oranges when I looked it up online it had more of a wrinkled look to it to begin with. Would repeat this pattern over and over again though it is very easy and fast
